Responsibilities:
Administrative duties:
-Rent collection.
-Leasing, moving in and out. Dealing with resident request for service, coordinating contractors.
-Should be capable of handling the phone calls, replay to emails etc. We need basic computer skills, email, MS Word capable of working with a printer, scanner. Customer service oriented.
-Build positive tenant relations and communications. Respond to tenant questions, concerns, emergencies, and complaints in a timely manner.
-All administrative duties required by management.
Maintenance Duties:
- Ensure that the building is clean and presentable.
- Responsible for building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform seasonal work as required such as gardening, snow removal (shoveling and salting).
- Respond to after-hour emergencies.
- Respond to after-hour emergencies.
- Showing of vacant units as required.
-Assist with the move in and move out of tenants.
- Capable to understand building operation and to follow direction given.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong follow up skills and able to deal with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to think on your feet.
Excellent housekeeping skills.
Positive and friendly attitude.
