This year 780 Mohawk Rd. W, Scenic Apartments and 300 Mohawk St. E, Helvetia Apartments were honored to receive The Hamilton Trillium Awards. This award recognizes exceptional Hamilton Front Gardens that contribute to the beautification of our city through creative landscaping, colorful annual and perennial plantings, and well-kept properties. Each property was judged on 10 criteria, ranging from curb appeal to landscape maintenance.
Effort Trust is proud and honored to receive this award for two of our properties and recognizes the great work and care that the building staff has put into making our properties beautiful! Congratulations!
