On Thursday, October 10th, 2019, Effort Trust were proud Sponsors at 'A Mental Health Morning' held at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton.
In Canada, 1 in 4 individuals will experience a mental illness or addiction in their lifetime, and it's likely that every one of us will be touched in some way.
Our community is thankful for organizations such as St. Joseph's Healthcare who provide support and care in a safe, stigma-free environment.
